its the end of the year. take time tomorow at the first of the year and reflect on things you’ve learned and how you can improve on those things. enjoy the good and embrace the changes that come. may all your dreams challenge you to grow expand and dream more but more importantly rely more heavily on God.
Happy new year.

so recently i discovered amazon. wow my college bookstore was completely ripping me off!!!! my suggestion is that if you read this and you are a college student shop online! use amazon. or another site. because these college bookstores need to be challenged their prices are outrageous.
warning amazon is addicting lol

Brewster and i were talking the other day and he really got me thinking a lot about dreaming. a couple days prior i had gotten into my girlfriend’s grill bout learning to dream and vision cast. little did i realize how little i have been dreaming myself. so brewster really went hard on me and got me to start dreaming and talking about steps i can take to reach these dreams etc…
in the midst of this convo it came up that i want to help the homeless…brewster said “i better never see you just walk by a homeless person again”……
today ash and her sister and i went to Moes. we were eating when i saw a man that looked to be homeless walk in. he was dressed homeless. he had a little stereo with headphones plugged in and an older cell phone. he walked around then sat in a booth at the back of the place. when he had walked in i noticed two little Christmas bags with him. we sat and ate and were about to leave. the whole time i thought maybe i should offer him money to eat or at the least talk to him. i was nervous and scared to…….we were about to leave and he got up and walked to our table handed the two bags to lindsay and Ashley and said merry Christmas and left…….
a couple hours later i am still dumbfounded. we came up with this whole thought that maybe he was waiting to see his two daughters and they didn’t come so he left and gave their gifts away or maybe ash and lindsay reminded him of his daughters or maybe he just wanted to give a gift to someone for Christmas maybe he was tired of being the receiver and wanted to be the giver….
… the gifts were from cracker barrel they had tags on them and they were stuffed animals and a stocking. Lindsay was convinced he was an angel…
i think it was a sign…confirmation from God about what steve and i had talked about.
ashley said a “homeless man gave us gifts its so backwards” i don’t know exactly what to say and i gave this story no justice by trying to re tell it. but something happened today and my heart is open today.

ok boys and girls i love movies!!! so i decided to give you a quick low down on which ones to go see this holiday season.
7 pounds- off the chain. kinda slow but very worth your while.
new james bond- awesome could have been better. still amazing and a must see
transporter 3- surprisingly very good and i highly recommend it. it makes up for the crappy 2nd movie.
4 Christmases- absolutely must see…great comedy that will have you laughing from beginning to end.
twilight- i think i just threw up. i am not a fan of the books lol but even the ones who were that i spoke with were disappointed in the quality of the film. i thought i was watching a tv made movie.

today ash and i went to the Gardens mall in West palm and met up with my friends, cherie and her boyfriend josh. we had an amazing time and we didn’t even have to buy anything besides food to enjoy ourselves… we had laugh after laugh and just enjoyed ourselves. laughter is so important to life. today we laughed from start to finish of our mall trip and it really just adds so much to your life. i’m so thankful for the friends that are in my life and for my girlfriend who is so amazing to me. get out have some fun enjoy some friends and breathe in the Christmas holiday.
pic from the mac store we played on the new macbook. other shot just made me laugh looked like it could go in a brochure for mac or something.

Today i witnessed greatness….in the form of a jacket this thing was banging and i know a lot of people are gonna hate on the jacket. but as i walked up to it and put it on i knew it was meant to be. i couldn’t buy it so i just had to take a picture and know that someday the jacket and i will reunite. as rob and big would say when i saw the jacket “it was destiny”

Well baby girl got her belly button pierced today and its hot not gonna lie. the guy who did her piercing was one of the nicest guys you would ever have met he was very nice to Ashley and told her everything she needed to know bout her new piercing.
made me think. how many great people could we meet if we just learned not to judge a book by its cover or occupation.

i was watching as good as it gets and it really got me thinking about how important “knowing yourself” really is. you have to know who you are in this life and know what you believe in, why you are here, why you act the way you act, what makes you tick, what makes you laugh, more importantly is why why why…. why does traffic make me crazy angry and i have to play Mozart while i’m driving so i don’t cut any one off. or why does my girlfriend mimicking me make me smile and laugh so hard.
beauty, life…..why is the questions don’t be afraid to face your dark stuff in the closet…face your demons….embrace your strengths and joys…..know who you are.
child of God? wow a child of the creator… wow..
a breath…a moment…a life… a speck… who are you?

you always learn something new everyday. it was interesting to me today to learn that tattoo shops are closed on Tuesdays. its the day after torturous Monday and before hump Wednesday. the day that my girlfriend was gonna get her belly button pierced. the day liberation and an act of sheer independence and self expression was to occur. Yet the tattoo stores were both closed.
we plan our life one way and expect the world to adapt and change its current to flow with our rubber duck but sometimes we gotta learn to ride the current and learn to surf on the waves of life because after all its not all about you anyway.
